Reflection: 

I think that this quote means that healthy bodies equal healthy minds. That means that in order to do good in school,concentrate, and work correctly you must also engage in physical activity. Physical activity is important at any age, whether in your free time or in P.E. class. No matter you arge, race, or sex you should definitely engage in physical activity at least one hour a day. Whether you go exercise in the gym, go run or play in the park, play a sport, exercise in P.E. class, or simply dance and play around you must always exercise. Although you may think that exercising and education aren't related you are not right. Sports can relieve stress and allow you to concentrate which can help when studying or during class. Exercising can help you improve your grades and relieve stress. So try to engage in as much physical activity as you can as it might make a difference in your life.

He said people should stand with the right things and not appreciate the wrong things. Increased the positivity in the characters of everyone. Daily Student Success Statement  "Character is higher than intellect" -Ralph Waldo Emerson  Reflection: I agree with this quote, as I personally like it. This quote is saying that  having a good personality is more important than being a  smart person. So it's technically  saying that although intelligence is important, being nicer to others is more important. So it doesn't matter how smart you are, your kindness is all that matters. So if you don't go to college and not get a job and you end up homeless as long as your nice, everything will be great. So be nice, being kind matters most. It's like if they check someone's grade, and a person has an A in a class but U for behavior and another person has a B but an E in conduct, they will choose  the person with the lowest grade. So don't forget to behave well, have good character. This is all because grades shouldn't be your priority. Behavior and good character should be your priority.

I was trying to do what was right." -Dean Smith  Reflection:  What I believe this quote means is that you shouldn't do something just so people can like you, you should do it because it's the right thing to do. Instead of doing things for attention you should do it for your own good. Don't try to please others, and do what's right.  For example say you saw someone throw trash on the floor, you should do it because you are trying to do what's right, instead of let's say only doing it because there were a lot of people watching you and thinking good things about you. Try to remember that someday people will forget what you did and not remember any of your past actions, but even if they forget what you did the change you made to help the world will always be there.
