 I agree with this quote because if you are not enthusiasm about something it probably means that you do not care. If you do not care about something you might not do a good job at it. If you are not good at doing the thing you are supposed to be doing there will not be any impact and change in the world. So without a good attitude you won't be able to make a difference in the world.

This quote is saying that  having a good personality is more important than being a  smart person. So it's technically  saying that although intelligence is important, being nicer to others is more important. So it doesn't matter how smart you are, your kindness is all that matters. Instead of doing things for attention you should do it for your own good. Don't try to please others, and do what's right.  For example say you saw someone throw trash on the floor, you should do it because you are trying to do what's right, instead of let's say only doing it because there were a lot of people watching you and thinking good things about you.
