Duties and Responsibilities: 

Radiologic technologists perform diagnostic imaging examinations, such as x rays, on patients. They adjust and maintain imaging equipment. Must prepare patients for procedures, including taking medical history and answering questions about the procedure. Must keep detailed patient records. As well as operate the computerized equipment to take images.

Salary:

They make an average of around $69,930 yearly.

Education:

Must have an associates degree to become a radiologic technologist. But there are also post secondary education programs that lead to graduate or bachelor's degrees.

Demand for this particular career:

Must have attention to detail, they need to follow instructions to follow directions precisely in order for the image to be taken properly. Must have interpersonal skills to work with patients, nurses and doctors. Must have stamina and technical skills. Must be good at math.

No, I would not like to become a radiologic technologist. I am not good at taking pictures. It also doesn't appeal to me much.
