One it tells you you have the power to change whatever you want in your life. It shows that everything is a choice and you don't have to stay with something that doesn't satisfy you. Like his example poverty is a choice, as you can get educated to get a good job and get out of poverty. Second it shows that you can accomplish your goals if you are educated.
