Trauma Nurse

Trauma Nurse Duties and Responsibilities:  It is their duty to provide careful nursing interventions in emergency situations. They can also evaluate and examine severity of the patient's injuries. It is also their job to provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine, administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures.  Salary: They make from $54,000 to $74,000 per year.  Education: An RN degree and a bachelor's degree as well, then they must earn a certification program in trauma nursing.  Demand for this particular career: Coordination Active listening Critical thinking Compassion Time management skills  Communication  Add a Picture: Reflection: No, I would not like to become a trauma nurse. Although they help lots of people and make a good amount of money, it doesn't seem the right thing for me. It does not appeal to me as a job. 

Speech Pathologist

Speech Pathologist Duties and Responsibilities:  Speech pathologists diagnose, assess. treat, and help prevent communication and swallowing disorders in people. They work with both children and adults who have speech problems, including cognitive or social communication problems. They may be unable to speak at all, or they may speak with difficulty or have rhythm and fluency problems, such as stuttering. School ssocial  workers work with teachers, parents, and school administrators to develop plans and strategies to improve students' academic performance and social development. Clinical social workers also diagnose and treat mental, behavioral, and emotional issues.  Salary: They make an average of $23.07 per hour and $47,980 per year.
