Reflection: 

I believe this means that when you tell one lie, you make another lie to cover up the first one. If you keep on repeating to do this you will end up saying a bunch of lies. If you have lied multiple times to cover up other lies you will feel stressed as you wouldn't want to mess up a past lie or get the details wrong. Eventually someone is going to notice you messed up a detail or you said a lie you hadn't told them before and they will know you are lying. When people find out you have been telling them not one but multiple lies they will be very mad at you. People will dislike you, not talk to you, and will never trust you again. That is why I believe you should never lie to anyone no matter in what situation. This is because one small punishment now is better that one big punishment later. That is why I like and agree with Paul Hatch's quote.

Daily Student Success Statement  "Character is higher than intellect" -Ralph Waldo Emerson  Reflection: I agree with this quote, as I personally like it. This quote is saying that  having a good personality is more important than being a  smart person. So it's technically  saying that although intelligence is important, being nicer to others is more important. So it doesn't matter how smart you are, your kindness is all that matters. So if you don't go to college and not get a job and you end up homeless as long as your nice, everything will be great. So be nice, being kind matters most. It's like if they check someone's grade, and a person has an A in a class but U for behavior and another person has a B but an E in conduct, they will choose  the person with the lowest grade. So don't forget to behave well, have good character. This is all because grades shouldn't be your priority. Behavior and good character should be your priority.
