"A promise must never be broken."

- Alexander Hamilton

Reflection:

This quote shows us that once you make a promise you should not back down. Once you make a promise the right thing to do is to always keep it. If someone makes a promise to you then you should trust them to do it. If you make a promise to someone you should keep that promise. A promise must never be broken, because when it is broken it shows others that you can not be trusted, and no one will have respect for you. That's why you should do what the guy on the example did and keep your promise. He promised to never shave until the person behind the 9/11 attack was captured or killed. And he kept that promise that lasted for nearly a decade. He went to tough times with that promise but he did it ans that's what really matters. That is why should really keep all of your promises and obey all laws. By keeping all the promises that you made you are choosing the right.
