It is their duty to provide careful nursing interventions in emergency situations. They can also evaluate and examine severity of the patient's injuries. It is also their job to provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine, administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures.

Education:

An RN degree and a bachelor's degree as well, then they must earn a certification program in trauma nursing.

This quote is saying that  having a good personality is more important than being a  smart person. So if you don't go to college and not get a job and you end up homeless as long as your nice, everything will be great. So be nice, being kind matters most.
