"Dare to stand alone. Stand up for what is right, even if you stand alone."

Reflection:

I agree with this student success statement by Thomas S. Monson. It is much better to stand alone than stand with others by choosing the wrong. If you choose the right you might feel a bit lonely at time but it is the right thing to do, no matter what. If someone invites you to got o a party and drink and do drugs and somebody else invites you to go volunteer at a hospital and then go watch a movie, then the option is clear. You should go volunteer and watch a movie. Although all the popular people are going to that party, they will be choosing the wrong so you shouldn't go. But in the other hand if you go with your close friends to volunteer at a hospital and help those in need you will be choosing the wrong and afterwards you guys can watch a movie that does not involve choosing the wrong. That is why this student success statement is true and should be followed. You should not be scared to stand up for what is right, even if you stand alone.
