"When you want to give up, remember that a house isn't build in a day. Like building a house, achieving a goal takes a plan, hard work, and time."

Reflection:

What this means is that when you feel down, and you feel like doing something is hard, remember that it takes time. I know it may seem hard but knowing that putting all of your effort into it is good thing. The more time and dedication you put into something the better the result will be. At times you might feel like you are nowhere close to accomplishing your goal, but remember patience is key. Getting good at something is like building a house; It just doesn't happen in a day, you need a layout, materials, handwork, and patience. For example if you need to memorize a dance routine but you don't remember how it goes and you feel like you'll fail then practice and if you put enough effort you will get it.
