Demand or Need for this profession: one main skills that is needed to become a nursing home administrator is leadership skills  to handle situations and lead others correctly. You also need decision making skills which can come handy for creating new operational policies. As well as computer skills to evaluate electronic health records.

Reflection: I would not like to become a nursing home administrator for two reasons. The first reason is that it doesn't seem appealing to me at all. The second reason is that I feel that they don’t get paid enough for what they do.
